This guy was driving near a fraternity house around 12:30 am and he was drunk and hit a student who suffered brain injury then died later that afternoon. Police said that he had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath . He didn’t talk to the cops so they took him to a hospital to get his blood tested and then they found out what they needed to know. He was charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving and aggravated assault.
